We accept refunds and exchanges

  • Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Then ship the items back to us
  • We’ll process your refund / exchange

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

Defective Item/s

We fully check all orders for defects before sending them out – however there is a small chance that your order may be damaged in courier. If this is the case – please get in touch before applying your sticker as we can only consider unused items for replacement or returns.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If in the unlikely event that you do decide to return your order to us – please take into account that we will fully inspect the returned item/s and refund you in full within 7 working days.
